PRIME B2B SERVICES SP. Z O.O. protects the privacy of Users. The following rules determine what information about Users may be collected and how it may be used.

  1. Data Administrator
    1. The administrator of the data is:  PRIME B2B SERVICES SP. Z O.O. based in Warsaw, 11 Zaruby Street Apt. 197, NIP:9512556685  hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider.
    2. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
  2. Data services
    1. Users' personal data are processed to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill the legitimate interests (legally justified purposes) of the Service Provider, and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
    2. In particular, personal data are processed to the extent necessary to establish contact with the User, to conclude the Agreement, to execute it and for the purpose of sending the User information about changes in the Service Provider's offer.
    3. The Service Provider processes data provided to it by Users, in particular data sent by Users to the Service Provider's email contact addresses, such as name, surname, email address, telephone number, position, place of work.
    4. Each data subject has the right to access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
    5. Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the Service Provider's organization is possible electronically using the form on this page.
    6. The Service Provider reserves the right to process the User's data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent for the purpose of pursuing possible claims in court or if the law obliges the Service Provider to retain the data.
    7. Access to the data is secured so that the consequences of a possible breach of data security are minimized.
      Personal data are processed only by persons authorized by the Service Provider.
  3. Cookies
    1. The www.primeb2bservices.com website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser's computer software. When the browser connects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device from which the user connects.
    2. The parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information they contain.
      The information collected includes IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, ISP, time and date information, location.
    3. The site uses "performance" cookies, which are used to monitor and check how Users use the Service Provider's site in order to improve the functioning of the site.
    4. User information is monitored using Google Analytics and HubSpot tools, which record User behavior on the site.
