What does a HubSpot Solutions Partner do?
A HubSpot Solutions Partner sets up HubSpot for you: CRM, data migration, automation, AI agents and training. A partner can also deliver the onboarding that HubSpot requires.
How long does a HubSpot implementation take?
A CRM setup takes 3–5 weeks. Onboarding and training follow. After that, your team gets support for a period we agree with you, so the tool is used every day. Data migration and larger projects are planned after the first call.
Which HubSpot plan do we need: Starter, Professional or Enterprise?
It depends on your process. Starter covers up to 10 paid seats. Advanced automation and custom reports start at Professional. Sandbox and data-access controls come with Enterprise. We match the plan, the seats and the expected credit use to how you work.
How does HubSpot’s seats-and-credits pricing work in EMEA?
Since 1 October 2026, new HubSpot customers in EMEA buy one platform in three paid plans: Starter, Professional and Enterprise. You pay per seat. Each plan includes monthly HubSpot Credits, which are used by email sends, workflow actions and AI agents. Customers who bought HubSpot earlier, or outside EMEA, keep their current pricing.
Is HubSpot onboarding mandatory?
HubSpot requires onboarding on the Professional and Enterprise plans. A certified partner can deliver it in place of HubSpot.
Can you fix an existing HubSpot setup?
Yes. A portal audit reviews pipeline stages, properties, workflows, data quality and reporting, and ends with a prioritised list of fixes.
Can our team run HubSpot without an agency afterwards?
Yes. Admin training and documentation are part of every project, so your team can run and change the portal.
Which industries and markets do you work with?
Most of our experience is in B2B tech, SaaS, IT and real estate, for teams across Europe and MEA, in English, French, German and Polish.
